Sales Consultant
Job Duties
– Deal with customers’ enquiries, understand customers’ requirements and advise customers of the products availability, any alternative options, etc.
– Responsible for price-quoting, placing orders, payment arrangement, scheduling delivery, etc.
– Provide support to the customers during the sales process and make sure customers’ satisfaction.
– Keep records of sales activities.
– Stay up to date with the latest market trends in fashion industry.
– Maintain good relationships with customers.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
– At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
– Deep understanding of the luxury market, and passion for luxury services.
– Ability to follow and implement management directives.
– Ability to handle and work in high-stress situations.
– Strong organisational skills for efficient workflow.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
Salary
£35,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum
Working Hour: 36 working hours weekly
